I have gotten jobs through quite a few agencies and reactive have by far been the most professional and supportive I got help from Sophie to secure my new role in as a care home administrator. She explained the duties of the role very well so I had a great idea on what I would be doing. Through the interview process she would call me to check in and give me any updates she heard on my progress, and was great at answering any questions I had. She also made sure to make her colleague aware of our progress while she was on holiday so when I called needing further information her colleague had all the information needed (which is rare because most agencies I have worked with, most advisors wouldn't do this if they were off on leave so found myself usually left in the dark if I needed help while someone was gone) On top of that she was just lovely/friendly to work with and I am very happy with the job I got from it - but I also felt at ease as she had back ups in mind for me if I didn't get the one I wanted :)
