Administrator (HR)


We have an urgent opportunity for an Administrator to join the HR Team of a leading employer at their Bangor offices on a 3-month assignment starting ASAP.

Joining a fantastic organisation who work within a genuinely fulfilling and rewarding environment.

Working within the wider HR team and reporting to their HR Business Partner you will be responsible for providing an array of administrative support to the team. This will include;

  • General HR administration
  • Arranging interviews by telephone and follow up email / letters
  • Creating and updating employee files
  • Pre-employment and on boarding administration
  • Provide administrative support to include minute taking, typing and report production

I am eager to speak with candidates who possess;

  • Experienced gained in an administration capacity
  • Strong IT skills across MS Office suite
  • Access NI Clearance is desirable
  • Experience in an HR / Recruitment environment is desirable
