Administrator (Maternity Cover, Immediate Start)

We have an exciting opportunity to work with our client, an award-winning company based in Banbridge. The ideal candidate will be reporting to the Office Manager and the main duties will include:

  • Raising customer invoices and associated paperwork
  • Processing supplier invoices and payments
  • Bank postings and bank reconciliations
  • Updating of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Excel reports
  • Assisting Company PA with administration
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Reception duties
  • Administration

Essential Criteria

  • Must have excellent experience of Sage
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar environment
