Construction

Our client delivers high-end Interior Fit Out, Private and Commercial Contracts and Refurbishment projects, working within Design and Build or traditional contracts.

Day to Day:

• Assessing and analysing tender drawings & documentation.
• Carrying out take-offs and producing Bills of Quantities.
• Sending out subcontractor enquiries.
• Comparing and reviewing quotations, building up unit rates, and calculating preliminaries.
• Prioritisation of tenders to ensure all are submitted accurately and on time.
• Maximising profit and customer satisfaction as well as attending client meetings and site’s when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction or related field.
• 3 years plus in fit-out or construction industry.
• Experience pricing tenders.
• Experience with estimating software packages.
