Fancy joining one of NIs leading employers?  We are actively seeking to recruit an HR Administrator / Junior HR Officer to join a leading manufacturers HR team and support the HR BP across a range of activities.

This is a great opportunity to develop your experience, exposure and ultimately expertise across all areas of HR though supporting;

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Onboarding
  • Payroll
  • Process & policy development
  • Disciplinary and grievance activities

I am eager to speak with HR Administrators or Junior Officers who possess at least 2 years’ experience coupled with at least 5 GCSEs.  Additionally, you will possess;

  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ideally you will have a 3rd level qualification OR experience in a Manufacturing environment
