We have an excellent opportunity to work with our client, a leading manufacturing company with an international customer base who at the forefront of their sector.

Working from their state-of-the-art facility based in Belfast you will partnership managers & directors to ensure a positive culture for employee relations, compensation & performance management. Daily you will be involved in the following:

  • Provide guidance to managers & directors
  • Effectively manage change through proven techniques
  • Compliance
  • Stakeholder management
  • Identify trends & areas of improvements
  • Implement HR business strategies
  • Drive engagement & performance through implementing programs, policies & procedures

We would like to speak to candidates who can meet the following criteria

  • Degree educated
  • 8 years’ of HR experience to include 4 years’ at managerial level
  • Proven background in project management, change management & improving employee engagement and performance
