HR / Recruitment Coordinator

We have an immediate opportunity for an HR / Recruitment Coordinator to join a global manufacturer at their Co Armagh facility on a 9-12 month maternity contract basis. 

You will report into and work closely with the Recruitment Manager and tasked with providing best in class support across a range of recruitment and onboarding activities including;

  • Generating, preparing and distributing letters of offer, employment contracts etc
  • Ensuring changes / amendments are made and updated as required
  • Liaise and coordination of induction sessions
  • Onboarding activities including references
  • All supporting administration and reporting
  • Attending recruitment events as required

I am eager to speak with applicants who can demonstrate;

  • Sound level of education (min 5 GCSE passes) and ideally continued to 3rd level
  • Previous experience in a comparable HR / Recruitment administrative capacity
  • Strong IT skills across MS Office suite
  • Quality focused and attentive to detail
