Our award-winning client are looking for a new Deputy Manager to join the management team at their Nursing Home based in the scenic North Coast.
The new Deputy Home Manager will split their time working “on the floor” (20 hours per week) and in the office (20 hours per week) assisting the manager in the daily running of the home and lead a team of staff who provide general nursing, dementia and elderly care for up to 50 residents.
This rewarding position will allow the person to eventually progress into a home management role with support and guidance from the management team.
We are looking to talk to any dedicated nurses who have senior nurse experience and have the drive and ambition to grow and progress within this exceptional company.
The ideal candidate will have:
- RGN/RMN Qualification
- NMC Registration
- Minimum three years’ experience within a senior role
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Experience working with the elderly and dealing with the problems that may arise in this environment
- Be flexible in work hours
