Office Based PIP Assessor
£20,700 + Bonus (PT) / £34,000 + Bonus (FT)

Reactive Recruitment is proud to be able to offer this excellent and truly unique opportunity for nurses and health care professionals alike. This is an office-based Monday : Friday role in which you will be responsible for assessing claimants’ applications.
The post holder will be responsible for creating a report for each completed assessment and review supporting evidence. You will present your reports to the Department for Communities, clearly providing the advice, information and justification needed by the Case Manager in order for them to make an equitable decision on entitlement to PIP. You will then provide a full justification explaining how you came to these conclusions from the evidence gathered and define the probable timescales over which a health condition or impairment may affect the customer.

We are keen to hear from candidates who can meet the following criteria:
- Fully qualified healthcare professionals : nurses, occupational therapists, paramedics or physiotherapists that hold full registration with HCPC or NMC.
- A minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience.
- Sound written communication skills and previous report-writing experience.
- Ability to read and understand complex customer information.
- Regular use of Microsoft Office packages.
