A great opportunity for an office manager to join a local employer at an exciting time of expansion.  Reporting to the Director, this is an excellent opportunity for a versatile candidate main duties will include;

  • Purchase and Sales administration
  • Invoicing/ Sage payroll
  • Management accounts via nominal coding, statutory requirements
  • Ordering and general office duties
  • Overseeing Credit Control activities
  • Ensuring the MD is kept up-to-date with accurate financial information
  • Assisting in the tendering process
  • Managing customers key accounts

I am keen to speak to candidates that can demonstrate;

  • 2 years’ experience in a finance position
  • Experience in a commercial role
  • Experience in dealing with customers
