Payroll Administrator (Part time 20 hours)
£19,110 pro-rata

Reactive Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a leading hospitality company, based in their head office in Belfast. Reporting to the Finance Manager duties will include but are not limited to;

  • Process company payroll on a weekly basis
  • Maintain and updating the payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, inputting data, new starts, leavers, and job status changes
  • Compute employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes
  • Identify any discrepancies and assist with any queries
  • Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
  • Complete payroll reports for record-keeping purposes and managerial review
  • Ensure payslips are issued in a timely manner

I am keen to speak to candidates who can demonstrate the following criteria

  • 2 year’s previous experience using a payroll software
  • Excellent IT Skills and proficient in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail

Working hours ideally Monday-Friday -9:30- 1:30 but can be flexible over the 20 hours
