Excellent Opportunity for a Payroll Officer
Belfast
£20,000 – £25,000 + Fantastic Benefits Package

We have an excellent opportunity to work with our client, a market leading Financial Services Provider based in Belfast. Due to their continued expansion and ever-growing client base the ideal candidate will be reporting to the Finance Manager and the main duties will include:

  • Administration of the payroll function
  • Process new starts, leavers and employee transfers
  • Ensure that all sickness and absence records are effectively managed
  • Ensuring that pension records, enrolment and submissions are managed
  • Process monthly expenses for employees
  • Ensure that all statutory payments are 
  • payroll BACS run
  • Liaise with HMRC, other statutory bodies and external stakeholders
  • Reconcile all monthly payroll control accounts
  • Perform year end procedure for payroll

We would like to speak to candidates who have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high-volume payroll environment. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of Sage Payroll software and have experience administering pensions into auto-enrolment.
