Purchasing Administrator (9 to 12-month contract)
Salary £18,000

FAO: Purchasing Administrator, Administration Assistant, Administration Officer, Manufacturing Administrator, Administration Coordinator

We have an excellent opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator to join an established and award-winning manufacturer based in their Ballynahinch facility. Your main duties will include;

  • Working as part of a team to resolve material shortages and issues
  • Progressing orders with suppliers and maintaining computer-based records
  • Raising purchase requisitions and purchase orders on suppliers
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
  • Summary reporting using Excel

I am keen to speak with candidates that demonstrate the following:

  • 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English
  • Experience within a similar administration position
  • Working knowledge of Sage
