Are you a QS who specialises in Electrical work?

Our clients are a specialist are an Electrical Contractor who specialize in the Electrical installs across NI and ROI. They work in various Projects in Commercial, Industrial and Data Centres.

Responsible for:

• Tendering NI / ROI based Projects.
• Project Budgets and Commercial Forecasts.
• Assessment and management of subcontractors and their contracts.
• Agreement of Variations and Final Accounts.
• Working with onsite management, procurement, and accounts to cashflow projects.

Qualifications:

• Degree educated in Quantity Surveying / Electrical background.
• 5+ years’ experience as a QS in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficient on MS Word and MS Excel.
• Can deliver Projects within Time and Budget.
• Driving Licence and 2 / 3 visits to NI and ROI Sites per week.
