Recruitment / HR Administrator

You will report into the Recruitment Lead as within the wider HR function and play an important role in supporting the Lead across the recruitment and onboarding processes. This will include;

  • Supporting the entire onboarding process; letters of offer, contracts through to medical checks, induction and referencing etc
  • Documenting all HR activities on PAMS
  • Liaising with internal and external support services
  • Reporting, both internal and external
  • All associated HR and Recruitment administration as required
  • Attending and coordination of careers fairs, university events etc

I am eager to speak with an experienced HR / Recruitment Administrator who can demonstrate;

  • Sound level of education, at least 5 GCSEs and ideally to 3rd level
  • Previous experience in a compatible role which ideally should include experience in one or more of the following; recruitment & selection, Fair Employment Monitoring etc
  • Strong IT skills across MS office suite
  • Excellent communication skills
