Portadown – Highly Competitive Salary
Day to Day: Tender for a range of Construction and High profiled fit-out contracts including, Luxury 5-star hotels, Bespoke Residential, Educational, Health, Social & Commercial projects ranging from £1M+ to £20M+.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Construction Related Course / Relevant Qualifications.
- 5+ years post qualification experience working as a QS /Estimator.
- Proven track record within a similar fit-out and construction role.
- Experience of confidently pricing tenders to the minimum value of £1M+.
- A good understanding of market rates and profit margins.
- Full drivers’ licence and proficient on MS Office and Estimating Software.
