We have an exciting opportunity to work with one of the country’s leading contractors based in the County Down area. The ideal candidate will be reporting to the Service Manager.
Working within their maintenance / service team you will;
- Main point of contact for all customers calls
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to schedule works
- Track work requested and completed
- Ordering parts from suppliers
Do you possess the following?
- 1-2 years’ experience within a service/maintenance administration position
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
