Your New Position
As a Training Officer you will be responsible for delivering excellent training plans to colleagues of all levels of seniority. You will also have a high degree of autonomy within the positions, requiring you to effectively prioritise your time in regard to developing training plans, training needs analysis, budget management and evaluating how successfully training has been implemented.

About You

  • Qualifications: You will ideally possess a 3rd level education & be CIPD certified or demonstrate extensive experience in Training & Development. You will also possess a full clean driving licence.
  • Experience: You will have a proven track record in developing, implementing & assessing Training as well as adhering to assigned budgets. You will ideally have gained this within an FMCG environment.
