The Opportunity
Reactive Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading private healthcare business to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and supportive team in a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and issue invoices, reconcile payments, and manage credit control
- Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment queries
- Process purchase invoices, prepare payment runs, and resolve discrepancies
- Produce debtor, creditor, and cash flow reports for management
- Support month-end and year-end procedures
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an accounts/credit control role
- Strong understanding of sales and purchase ledgers and cashflow management
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
- Experience in healthcare or medical accounts
- Familiarity with medical insurance processes
- IT or accounting qualifications
